目的：探讨关节镜下清理及术后大流量持续冲洗治疗膝关节化脓性关节炎的效果。方法：回顾性分析26例化脓性关节炎患者的临床资料及治疗措施。结果：术后随访12个月26例患者关节感染均治愈，无复发，无切口感染等手术并发症的发生。结论：采用关节镜下清理及术后持续冲洗治疗膝关节化脓性关节炎具有损伤小、清理彻底、治疗时间短、并发症少等优点，是一种理想的治疗方法。

목적：탐토관절경하청리급술후대류량지속충세치료슬관절화농성관절염적효과。방법：회고성분석26례화농성관절염환자적림상자료급치료조시。결과：술후수방12개월26례환자관절감염균치유，무복발，무절구감염등수술병발증적발생。결론：채용관절경하청리급술후지속충세치료슬관절화농성관절염구유손상소、청리철저、치료시간단、병발증소등우점，시일충이상적치료방법。
Objective Under arthroscopy cleaning and postoperative large flow continuous washing effect for the treatment of knee joint suppurative arthritis.Methods Were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 26 patients with suppurative arthritis and treatment measures.Results Postoperative follow-up of 12 months joint infection of 26 cases were cured, no recurrence, no incision infection surgery complications.ConclusionsBy cleaning under arthroscopy and postoperative continuous irrigation treatment knee suppurative arthritis has little injury, clean thoroughly, the advantages of short treatment time, fewer complications, is an ideal treatment method.
