目的：分析综合医院呼吸科住院患者2013年1-4季度抗菌药物使用强度，目的是客观反应综合医院呼吸科抗菌药物的应用情况，为抗菌药物的管理提供参考依据。方法：以限定日剂量（DDD）为单位，对抗菌药物使用强度（AUD）进行统计、分析。结果：该院呼吸科住院患者2013年1-4季度AUD分别为为108.90、65.08、89.76和68.77；头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类排名AUD前2位。结论：该院呼吸科抗菌药物AUD各季度变化较大，存在盲目性和不合理性，应加强头孢菌素类和喹诺酮类等AUD值较高的抗菌药物的管理。
목적：분석종합의원호흡과주원환자2013년1-4계도항균약물사용강도，목적시객관반응종합의원호흡과항균약물적응용정황，위항균약물적관리제공삼고의거。방법：이한정일제량（DDD）위단위，대항균약물사용강도（AUD）진행통계、분석。결과：해원호흡과주원환자2013년1-4계도AUD분별위위108.90、65.08、89.76화68.77；두포균소류、규낙동류배명AUD전2위。결론：해원호흡과항균약물AUD각계도변화교대，존재맹목성화불합이성，응가강두포균소류화규낙동류등AUD치교고적항균약물적관리。
Objective To investigate and analyze the antibacterial use density of inpatients in Department of respiration in a general hospital and provide some evidence for administration in antibiotics.Methods Taking defined daily dose (DDD) as the unit, the antibacterial use density (AUD) were calculated and analyzed.Results The AUD of inpatients of four quarter was 108.90,65.08,89.76 and 68.77.Cephalosporin and Quinolone ranked in the first two places in turn of AUD.Conclusion The utilization of antibiotics in Department of respiration was considerable variation. However,the utilization of which is somewhat blind and irrational. It is urgent to tighten control on the use of such antibiotics as Cephalosporin and Quinolone with high AUD.
