目的：探讨甲状腺癌围手术期的护理经验。方法：回顾性分析47例甲状腺癌患者的临床资料，总结护理措施。结果：47例患者术后恢复良好，无并发症发生，均治愈出院。结论：积极的护理干预，对病人安全度过围术期具有重要意义。

목적：탐토갑상선암위수술기적호리경험。방법：회고성분석47례갑상선암환자적림상자료，총결호리조시。결과：47례환자술후회복량호，무병발증발생，균치유출원。결론：적겁적호리간예，대병인안전도과위술기구유중요의의。
Objective Investigate perioperative nursing experience of the thyroid carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 47 patients with thyroid carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed, summarized the nursing measures. Results 47 patients recovered well after operation and no complications occurred, were cured out of the hospital. Conclusions Active nursing intervention, the patient safety through perioperative is of great significance.
