目的:探究去卵巢骨质疏松症大鼠灌服鹿寿春堂鹿骨钙后对骨密度和血清IL-6的影响。方法:选取清洁级断乳的Wistar雌性大鼠56只,按照治疗方式的不同分为观察组与对照组两组,每组28只;观察组大鼠给予灌服鹿骨钙,对照组大鼠给予灌服低钙饲料;观察两组大鼠的骨密度及血清IL-6变化情况。结果:两组大鼠灌服治疗后,观察组大鼠的骨密度、体重显著优于对照组,结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组大鼠的血清IL-6含量显著低于对照组,结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:鹿骨钙中的鹿骨胶原蛋白可以有效降低大鼠血清IL-6的含量,抑制破骨细胞的活性,增强了骨密度,具有一定的临床治疗作用。

목적:탐구거란소골질소송증대서관복록수춘당록골개후대골밀도화혈청IL-6적영향。방법:선취청길급단유적Wistar자성대서56지,안조치료방식적불동분위관찰조여대조조량조,매조28지;관찰조대서급여관복록골개,대조조대서급여관복저개사료;관찰량조대서적골밀도급혈청IL-6변화정황。결과:량조대서관복치료후,관찰조대서적골밀도、체중현저우우대조조,결과구유통계학차이(P<0.05);관찰조대서적혈청IL-6함량현저저우대조조,결과구유통계학차이(P<0.05)。결론:록골개중적록골효원단백가이유효강저대서혈청IL-6적함량,억제파골세포적활성,증강료골밀도,구유일정적림상치료작용。
Objective Explore to ovary osteoporosis rats after deer bone calcium irrigation effects on bone mineral density and serum IL - 6.Methods Select clean level ablactation Wistar female rats, 56, according to the different methods of treatment are divided into observation group and control group, each group of 28; Observation group rats given irrigation suits deer bone calcium, rats were treated filling and low calcium feed.Results Two groups of rats after treatment, observation group the bone mineral density, weight of rats was superior to that of control group, the results are statistically significant (P < 0.05); Observation group rats serum IL - 6 content is significantly lower than the control group, the results statistically difference (P < 0.05).Conclusions The deer collagen protein in the deer bone calcium can effectively reduce the content of rat serum IL - 6, inhibition of osteoclast activity, to enhance the bone mineral density, has a certain clinical therapeutic effect.
