随着医疗技术的不断发展与进步，气管插管机械通气技术在临床应用中用于救治危重病人已成了无可替代的救治方法，可是非计划性拔管又是机械通气最严重的并发症之一。气管插管非计划性拔管(UnplannedEndotrachealExtubationUEX)是指尚未达到拔管指征，未经医务人员同意患者将管道拔除或脱落，也包括医务人员操作不当所致的拔管[1]。
