目的：观察疏肝活血通痹散联合硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法将246例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组129例和对照组117例。对照组给予硝酸甘油治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予疏肝活血通痹散治疗，1个疗程后观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.02%高于对照组的75.21%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论疏肝活血通痹散联合硝酸甘油治疗冠心病心绞痛，硝酸甘油可快速缓解患者的不适，配伍中药则可提高疗效，且用药安全可靠，值得在临床上推广与应用。

목적：관찰소간활혈통비산연합초산감유치료관심병심교통적료효。방법장246례관심병심교통환자수궤분위치료조129례화대조조117례。대조조급여초산감유치료，치료조재차기출상급여소간활혈통비산치료，1개료정후관찰량조환자적료효。결과치료조총유효솔위93.02%고우대조조적75.21%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론소간활혈통비산연합초산감유치료관심병심교통，초산감유가쾌속완해환자적불괄，배오중약칙가제고료효，차용약안전가고，치득재림상상추엄여응용。
Objective The effect of Shugan Huoxue Tongbi powder combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment ofangina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods129 cases of the treatment group and 117 cases in the control group of 246 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into. The control group was given nitroglycerin treatment,the treatment group based on the given Shugan Huoxue Tongbi scattered treatment,after 1 courses of treatment of two groups The patient's curative effect.ResultsThe total effective rate was 93.02% higher than that of the control group and 75.21% treatment groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionShugan Huoxue Tongbi powder combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment ofangina pectoris of coronary heart disease,nitroglycerin can quickly relieve the discomfort of patients,and traditional Chinese medicine can improve the curative effect,and the drug is safe and reliable,it is worth in clinicalpromotion and application.
