目的：探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法：对31例（38眼）实施鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术的慢性泪囊炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：31例患者术后随访6个月治愈25例，好转6例，总有效率100%。结论：鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎安全可靠、疗效可靠。

목적：탐토비내경하비강루낭문합술치료만성루낭염적림상료효。방법：대31례（38안）실시비내경하비강루낭문합술적만성루낭염환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：31례환자술후수방6개월치유25례，호전6례，총유효솔100%。결론：비내경하비강루낭문합술치료만성루낭염안전가고、료효가고。
Objective Under nasal endoscopic nasal lacrimal sac anastomosis clinical curative effect for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods In 31 cases (38 eyes) with the implementation of nasal endoscopic anastomosis of lacrimal sac of the clinical data of patients with chronic dacryocystitis were retrospectively analyzed. Results 31 patients were followed up for 6 months after cure 25 cases, improvement in 6 cases, total effective rate was 100%.Conclusions The nasal endoscopic lacrimal sac anastomosis for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis safe and reliable, the curative effect is reliable.
