目的：探讨促卵泡生成激素受体（FSHR）Ser680Asn 位点多态性与多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的相关性。方法：通过 Pubmed、Embase、Medline 和国内数据库等，收集国内外已经发表的有关 FSHR Ser680Asn 位点多态性与多囊卵巢综合征易感性的文章，筛选出符合纳入和排除标准的文献，通过对各种模型比较，应用 Stata12.0对各项研究进行异质性检验，计算合并 OR 值及其95％CI，并进行敏感性分析和发表偏移的评估。结果：9篇文献纳入本研究，共计 PCOS 病例1652例，对照4434例。Meta 分析显示，总体人群Ser／Ser 纯合子与 PCOS 有显著相关性（OR ＝0.20，95％ CI ＝0.17－0.24，P ＝0.000），但在显性模型中未发现与 PCOS 有明显相关性（OR ＝1.1，95％ CI ＝0.96－1.26，P ＝0.151），与之前报道结果不一致。结论：FSHR Ser／Ser 纯合子与妇女 PCOS 的易感性相关。
목적：탐토촉란포생성격소수체（FSHR）Ser680Asn 위점다태성여다낭란소종합정（PCOS）적상관성。방법：통과 Pubmed、Embase、Medline 화국내수거고등，수집국내외이경발표적유관 FSHR Ser680Asn 위점다태성여다낭란소종합정역감성적문장，사선출부합납입화배제표준적문헌，통과대각충모형비교，응용 Stata12.0대각항연구진행이질성검험，계산합병 OR 치급기95％CI，병진행민감성분석화발표편이적평고。결과：9편문헌납입본연구，공계 PCOS 병례1652례，대조4434례。Meta 분석현시，총체인군Ser／Ser 순합자여 PCOS 유현저상관성（OR ＝0.20，95％ CI ＝0.17－0.24，P ＝0.000），단재현성모형중미발현여 PCOS 유명현상관성（OR ＝1.1，95％ CI ＝0.96－1.26，P ＝0.151），여지전보도결과불일치。결론：FSHR Ser／Ser 순합자여부녀 PCOS 적역감성상관。
Objectives:To investigate the relation between polymorphism of FSHR Ser680Asn and susceptibility of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods:The PubMed,Embase,Medline database and Chinese databases were retrieved.The studies that met the inclusion criteria were collected.The software stata 12.0 was used for statistical analy-sis.Sensitivity and publication bias were evaluated.Results:A total of 9 studies were collected which included 1652 ca ses and 4434 controls cases.Meta -analysis showed that Ser/Ser homozygote and PCOS had significant correlation (OR=020,95% CI =017 -024,P =0000).But in dominant model,Ser/Ser homozygote and PCOS had no significantcorrelation (OR =11,95% CI =096 -126,P =0151),which was different from the former record.Conclusion:The results suggest that FSHR Ser/Ser homozygote have correlation with PCOS susceptibility.
