[目的]总结解建国教授近十年来治疗晚期肺癌带瘤生存的临床经验。[方法]临床观察解建国教授以带瘤生存的理念治疗晚期肺癌患者的过程，整理相关病例资料，总结解建国教授的治疗思路、独特见解、常用方药及经验自拟方，并例举临床典型病例。[结果]解建国教授治疗晚期肺癌以抑瘤抗癌、带瘤生存理论为指导，以重振正气、调整内环境、从痰瘀毒论治为治疗方法，思路严缜，用药精良，疗效显著。[结论]解建国教授治疗晚期肺癌带瘤生存的学术经验，对临床治疗有显著的指导意义，值得学习和推广。

Objective]This article discussed Professor Xie Jianguo's survival with tumor experience on advanced lung cancer treatment in the last decade.
