目的：研究并分析肠内营养乳剂在改善ICU危重患者营养状况中的应用。方法：将我院在2014年1月到2014年6月收治的42例ICU危重患者纳入本研究，在患者进入到ICU之后，开始进行肠内营养支持，均经留置鼻管与胃管进食，在肠内营养的1、3、5d分别监测一次指标，观察患者血红蛋白、前白蛋白、人血白蛋白、C-反应蛋白变化情况。结果：在予以肠内营养乳剂后，患者血红蛋白、前白蛋白、人血白蛋白均得到显著改善，上述数据组间比较差异显著（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。但是，患者C-反应蛋白无显著变化，说明肠内营养支持与C-反应蛋白并无关联。结论：合理为ICU危重患者应用肠内营养乳剂能够提高患者免疫力，改善机体早期炎性反应，这对于提高患者的生存质量有着重要的意义，该种方式是值得在临床中进行推广和使用的。
목적：연구병분석장내영양유제재개선ICU위중환자영양상황중적응용。방법：장아원재2014년1월도2014년6월수치적42례ICU위중환자납입본연구，재환자진입도ICU지후，개시진행장내영양지지，균경류치비관여위관진식，재장내영양적1、3、5d분별감측일차지표，관찰환자혈홍단백、전백단백、인혈백단백、C-반응단백변화정황。결과：재여이장내영양유제후，환자혈홍단백、전백단백、인혈백단백균득도현저개선，상술수거조간비교차이현저（P＜0.05），차이유통계학의의。단시，환자C-반응단백무현저변화，설명장내영양지지여C-반응단백병무관련。결론：합리위ICU위중환자응용장내영양유제능구제고환자면역력，개선궤체조기염성반응，저대우제고환자적생존질량유착중요적의의，해충방식시치득재림상중진행추엄화사용적。
Objective Research and analyze the enteral nutrition emulsion to improve the application of the ICU nutrition in critical patients.Methods To our hospital in January 2014 to June 2014 were analyzed in 42 cases of ICU critical patients included in this study, after the patients in ICU, start enteral nutrition support, both by nasal tube and the tube feeding, in enteral nutrition of 1, 3, 5 d, respectively, monitoring index, observing patients before hemoglobin, albumin, blood albumin, C - reactive protein changes.Results In patients with enteral nutrition after emulsion, hemoglobin, albumin, blood albumin were improved significantly, the data is significant difference between groups (p <0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions Reasonable for application of enteral nutrition in critical patients in the ICU emulsion can improve the patients' immunity, improve the body's early inflammatory reaction, it is of great significance to improve the quality of the survival of patients, and is worth popularizing in clinical use.
