[目的]观察紫朱软膏外用治疗下肢慢性皮肤溃疡的临床疗效和安全性。[方法]将符合纳入标准的下肢慢性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组36例，除常规全身系统治疗和疮面处理外，治疗组使用紫朱软膏外敷，对照组使用贝复济外用，换药1次/d。观察治疗前后的疗效指标、安全性指标，记录治疗过程中出现的不良反应。[结果]治疗组疮面痊愈率为28%，显效率为22%，总有效率为50%。对照组疮面痊愈率为14%，显效率为14%，总有效率为28%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0．05）。[结论]紫朱软膏能促进慢性皮肤溃疡的疮面愈合，疗效确切。

Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Zizhu ointment on chronic skin ulcer. [Methods] Seventy-two chronic skin ulcer cases were randomized into treatment group of 36 cases and control group of 36 cases. Based on the basic treatment, the treatment group was administered Zizhu ointment for external application once a day, and the control group was administered b-FGF spray for external application once a day. The index of curative effect and security before and after treatment were observed. Meanwhile record the adverse reactions during the treatment. [Results] The cure rate of chronic skin ulcer in treatment group was 28%, the remarkably effect rate was 22%, and the total cure and remarkable effect rate was 50%. The cure rate of chronic skin ulcer in control group was 14%, the remarkably effect rate was 14%, and the total cure and remarkable effect rate was 28%. Difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Zizhu ointment is effective for chronic skin ulcer.
