[目的]用三维动脉自旋标记(three dimensioned arterial spin labelling,3D-ASL)对正常老年人主要脑功能区进行MR灌注成像,探索其局部血流灌注范围,为老年人脑功能区血流灌注研究提供参考。[方法]对32例正常志愿老年人(年龄60~68岁)进行MRI常规扫描和3D-ASL灌注扫描,获得血流量图,分别测得双侧初级躯体运动区、初级躯体感觉区、听觉区、视觉区、运动性语言中枢、听觉性语言中枢、视觉性语言中枢、书写性语言中枢的脑血流灌注量(cerebral blood flow,CBF),进行统计分析。[结果]颅脑各部位血流灌注量[单位:mL/(min·100 g)]分别为:初级躯体运动区59.22±12.72、初级躯体感觉区62.28±14.97、视觉区66.75±13.54、听觉区53.64±12.71、运动性语言中枢66.64±12.65、听觉性语言中枢54.56±11.32、视觉性语言中枢58.37±13.24、书写性语言中枢61.64±12.71。男性与女性的血流量未见明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]3D-ASL灌注成像能定量测量老年人脑功能区血流量;作为一种无创的血流动力学检查新技术,3D-ASL对脑血流灌注的研究有着较高的应用价值。

[목적]용삼유동맥자선표기(three dimensioned arterial spin labelling,3D-ASL)대정상노년인주요뇌공능구진행MR관주성상,탐색기국부혈류관주범위,위노년인뇌공능구혈류관주연구제공삼고。[방법]대32례정상지원노년인(년령60~68세)진행MRI상규소묘화3D-ASL관주소묘,획득혈류량도,분별측득쌍측초급구체운동구、초급구체감각구、은각구、시각구、운동성어언중추、은각성어언중추、시각성어언중추、서사성어언중추적뇌혈류관주량(cerebral blood flow,CBF),진행통계분석。[결과]로뇌각부위혈류관주량[단위:mL/(min·100 g)]분별위:초급구체운동구59.22±12.72、초급구체감각구62.28±14.97、시각구66.75±13.54、은각구53.64±12.71、운동성어언중추66.64±12.65、은각성어언중추54.56±11.32、시각성어언중추58.37±13.24、서사성어언중추61.64±12.71。남성여녀성적혈류량미견명현차이(P>0.05)。[결론]3D-ASL관주성상능정량측량노년인뇌공능구혈류량;작위일충무창적혈류동역학검사신기술,3D-ASL대뇌혈류관주적연구유착교고적응용개치。
Objective]To explore the perfusion characteristics of the aged cerebral functional areas by magnetic resonance(MR) three dimension arterial spin labeling(3D-ASL). [Methods]32 aged volunteers(age range, 60~68) were examined for cerebral MR perfusion from February 2013 to July 2014 with 3D-ASL. The parameter maps of cerebral blood flow(CBF) were created by the perfusion software. The mean CBF of different functional regions were measured and statistically analyzed.[Results]The mean CBF[unit, mL/(min·100g)] of the primary motor area, primary somatic area, auditory area, visual area, motor speech area, auditory speech area, visual speech area, writing area were 59.22±12.72, 62.28±14.97, 66.75±13.54, 53.64±12.71, 66.6±12.65, 54.5±11.32, 58.37±13.24, 61.64±12.71, respectively. There were statistical differences in the different cerebral functional areas,but not between genders. [Conclusion]This study indicates 3D-ASL could provide useful perfusion information. Because of its noninvasiveness,3D-ASL may be an appealing approach for further studies of cerebral function imaging.
