目的：采用消毒供应工作坊活动方法，帮助解决基层医院消毒供应中心工作中出现的问题，提高服务能力，改进工作质量。方法：依据基层医院消毒供应中心的不同需要和条件，设计不同的工作坊活动主题和参与人员范围，激发参与人员的主观能动性和互动性，共同找到解决问题的思路与方法。结论：工作坊活动能有效提升基层医院人员解决问题的能力，是有效培训和提升工作实效的方法。

Objective:By using the CSSD-training workshops, to improve the ability of primary hospital CSSD's staff to deal with problems faced in the work, and to increase the service ability and work quality. Methods:According to the different requirements and situations of primary hospital CSSDs, diverse activities theme of CSSD-training workshops were designed and participants range were limited to stimulate staff's work enthusiasm and subjective initiative, then to ifnd the solutions to problem altogether. Conclusion:The CSSD-training workshops could promote primary hospital staff's problem-solving capability. The workshop is an effective method to train and improve the work efifciency in primary hospital CSSDs.
