目的：探讨 Y －T －Y 互助模式在大学生生殖健康教育教学实践中的应用。方法：采用 Y －T －Y 互助教学方式对2014年3月至2014年8月在广州中医药大学修习《大学生生殖健康教育》课程的学生进行教育干预，对教学效果和质量进行评价。结果：学生对传统教学法满意度为81％，对互助模式教学法满意度上升至96％；互助教学培训后，学生性传播疾病知识平均得分为由74.32分上升至89.54分，生殖避孕知识平均得分由56.37分上升至80.46分。结论：Y －T －Y 互助模式教学法是大学生生殖健康知识传播的有效模式，能促进教学模式持续改善、教学质量动态上升、学生知识掌握明显提高。
목적：탐토 Y －T －Y 호조모식재대학생생식건강교육교학실천중적응용。방법：채용 Y －T －Y 호조교학방식대2014년3월지2014년8월재엄주중의약대학수습《대학생생식건강교육》과정적학생진행교육간예，대교학효과화질량진행평개。결과：학생대전통교학법만의도위81％，대호조모식교학법만의도상승지96％；호조교학배훈후，학생성전파질병지식평균득분위유74.32분상승지89.54분，생식피잉지식평균득분유56.37분상승지80.46분。결론：Y －T －Y 호조모식교학법시대학생생식건강지식전파적유효모식，능촉진교학모식지속개선、교학질량동태상승、학생지식장악명현제고。
Objectives:To study the application of Y -T -Y approach in the reproductive health education for university students.Methods:The students taking reproductive health education as an elective course in Guang-zhou University of Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to August 2014 were educated by Y -T -Y approach.The effect was evaluated.Results:The degree of satisfaction to the traditional teaching method was 81%,but to the Y-T -Y method was 96%.The average scores of the sexually transmitted disease (STD)knowledge was raised from 74.32 to 89.54,and the average scores of reproductive knowledge was raised from 56.37 to 80.46 after using Y -T -Y method.Conclusions:Y -T -Y approach is an effective model for reproductive health education,which can continuously improve the teaching mode,dynamically promote the quality of education,and improve students’ knowledge.
