目的：对睡眠障碍脑梗塞患者实施睡眠分级护理的临床康复效果展开对比分析。方法对80例睡眠障碍脑梗塞患者临床资料进行探讨，并将其分为治疗组和对照组，均为40例，对比护理效果。结果治疗组患者实施临床护理后住院时间为（12.51±3.26）天同对照组患者的（14.21±3.29）天相比，治疗组患者治疗护理后住院时间显著短于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论施睡眠分级护理措施对睡眠障碍脑梗塞患者临床康复具有显著效果，缩短患者住院时间。

목적：대수면장애뇌경새환자실시수면분급호리적림상강복효과전개대비분석。방법대80례수면장애뇌경새환자림상자료진행탐토，병장기분위치료조화대조조，균위40례，대비호리효과。결과치료조환자실시림상호리후주원시간위（12.51±3.26）천동대조조환자적（14.21±3.29）천상비，치료조환자치료호리후주원시간현저단우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론시수면분급호리조시대수면장애뇌경새환자림상강복구유현저효과，축단환자주원시간。
ObjectiveComparative analysis of expansion effect of clinical rehabilitation implementation of grading nursing on sleep and sleep disorders in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods To investigate the clinical data of 80 cases of sleep disorders in patients with cerebral infarction,were divided into treatment group and control group,were 40 cases,compare the effect ofnursing.ResultsThe treatment group after the implementation of clinical nursing in patients hospitalized time was(12.51±3.26)d with the control group patients(14.21±3.29)compared to D,the patients in the treatment group were treated in hospital after nursing ime was signiifcantly shorter in thepatients in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of grading nursing measures of sleephas remarkable effect on sleep disorders in patients with cerebral infarctionclinical rehabilitation,shortening the hospitalization time.
