进修学习是医师毕业后继续教育的重要方式，目前对进修生的教育培训工作还存在很多问题，我科根据近年来进修医生来源和需求的变化，适应学科的发展趋势，加强教育，使带教人员充分认识进修生培养的重要性；针对性采取措施，根据不同基础和需求因材施教；同时建立健全相关制度，用制度保障培养效果，使得进修生培养质量明显提高，促进了科室的良性发展。
진수학습시의사필업후계속교육적중요방식，목전대진수생적교육배훈공작환존재흔다문제，아과근거근년래진수의생래원화수구적변화，괄응학과적발전추세，가강교육，사대교인원충분인식진수생배양적중요성；침대성채취조시，근거불동기출화수구인재시교；동시건립건전상관제도，용제도보장배양효과，사득진수생배양질량명현제고，촉진료과실적량성발전。
Further study is the most important way for physicians to get continue education after graduation. At present there are a lot of problems about their education and training work. In recent years, according to the change of source and demand for fellows, our department adapts to the development trend of the discipline, strengthen the education and make the teaching staff fully understand the importance of graduate training. Teaching according to the different basis and requirements of fellows. At the same time the relevant systems was established and training effect was guaranteed, which made the training quality of fellow improved obviously and promote healthy development of the department.
