[目的]观察开口利咽汤结合针灸及Vitalstim电刺激等中西医结合方法治疗脑卒中后风痰瘀阻型吞咽障碍的临床疗效。[方法]选取脑卒中后在江山市人民医院神经内科及康复医学科住院的证属风痰瘀阻型吞咽障碍患者160例，随机分为对照组和治疗组各80例。对照组采用神经内科基本治疗和康复治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用Vitalstim电刺激、针灸及开口利咽汤治疗，疗程为4周，治疗前后均进行吞咽障碍评分，对比临床疗效。[结果]治疗后两组吞咽障碍评分比较差异有统计学意义（P<0．01），治疗组优于对照组；总有效率治疗组90．00%，优于对照组的71．25%，差异有统计学意义（P<0．01）。[结论]在神经内科基本治疗和康复治疗基础上综合运用开口利咽汤结合针灸及Vitalstim电刺激等中西医结合方法治疗脑卒中后风痰瘀阻型吞咽障碍，能提高疗效，值得推广应用。
[목적]관찰개구리인탕결합침구급Vitalstim전자격등중서의결합방법치료뇌졸중후풍담어조형탄인장애적림상료효。[방법]선취뇌졸중후재강산시인민의원신경내과급강복의학과주원적증속풍담어조형탄인장애환자160례，수궤분위대조조화치료조각80례。대조조채용신경내과기본치료화강복치료，치료조재대조조기출상가용Vitalstim전자격、침구급개구리인탕치료，료정위4주，치료전후균진행탄인장애평분，대비림상료효。[결과]치료후량조탄인장애평분비교차이유통계학의의（P<0．01），치료조우우대조조；총유효솔치료조90．00%，우우대조조적71．25%，차이유통계학의의（P<0．01）。[결론]재신경내과기본치료화강복치료기출상종합운용개구리인탕결합침구급Vitalstim전자격등중서의결합방법치료뇌졸중후풍담어조형탄인장애，능제고료효，치득추엄응용。
Objective] To observe the clinical effects of the type wind phlegm& blood stasis resistance dysphagia using Kaikou-liyan Soup & acupuncture& Vitalstim electrical stimulation combined with Chinese and western medicines. [Method]Selecting the patients of the type wind phlegm & blood stasis resistance dysphagia in Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine Department in Jiangshan City People's Hospital, randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group of 80 cases. The control group used basic therapy of neurology + rehabilitation therapy, the treatment group, based on the control group, added with Vitalstim electrical stimulation + acupuncture + Kaikou-liyan Soup, the course of treatment was 4 weeks, performed dysphagia score before and after the treatment to compare the clinical efficacy.[Results]There were significant differences in scores of the two groups after treatment of dysphagia(P<0.01);The treatment group's total effectiveness was 90.00%, significantly better than the control group's 71.25%(P<0.01).[Conclusion] The use of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicines treatment of post-stroke dysphagia of the type wind phlegm & blood stasis resistances, can improve the curative effect,it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
