酮苯脱蜡装置真空过滤系统早期采用往复式压缩机，普遍存在设备易损件多、检修困难、维护量大、能耗大等问题。最近几年，往复式压缩机逐步被液环真空压缩机替代。通过对两种压缩机的优缺点进行分析比较，阐明液环真空压缩机在技改中的应用优势及特点，并结合酮苯脱蜡真空过滤系统的应用工况，对液环真空压缩机的选型换算及配套关键点作出说明。
酮苯脫蠟裝置真空過濾繫統早期採用往複式壓縮機，普遍存在設備易損件多、檢脩睏難、維護量大、能耗大等問題。最近幾年，往複式壓縮機逐步被液環真空壓縮機替代。通過對兩種壓縮機的優缺點進行分析比較，闡明液環真空壓縮機在技改中的應用優勢及特點，併結閤酮苯脫蠟真空過濾繫統的應用工況，對液環真空壓縮機的選型換算及配套關鍵點作齣說明。

Reciprocating pump was used in early time in the vacuumfiltering system used in ketone-benzene dewaxing plant, in which, but, there are the problems that many wearing parts exist, repairing is difficult, maintenance needs a lot of work and energy consumption is large. Recently, reciprocating compressor has been replaced by liquid ring vacuum compressor. In this article, with the analysis and comparison of these two kinds of compressors from their pros and cons, the advantages of liquid ring vacuum compressor in application were expounded. Combined with the working condition of ketone-benzene dewaxing plant, the selection and conversionof type of liquid ring vacuum compressor as well as the key points in completing set were explained.
