目的:探讨护士岗位管理的实施效果,为岗位管理的进一步推行提供实证依据。方法:选取陕西区域护士岗位管理试点与非试点共6所三级医院,分为对照组和干预组,干预组实施护士岗位管理,对照组采用原管理方法,采用已构建的护理质量、患者评价、护士评价、医生评价、住院服务利用5个维度的评价指标体系对护士岗位管理实施效果进行问卷调查,并分析干预效果。结果:干预后1年干预组得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用倍差法从医生、护士、护理质量及住院服务利用4个方面总体评价,结果显示护士岗位管理实施效果显著。结论:实施护士岗位管理,有利于提高医生、护士对护理岗位的认可度,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,提高护理质量和住院服务利用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of implementing nursing position management. Methods:Six tertiary hospitals in Xi'an were divided into control group and intervention group. The intervention group implemented nursing position management and the control group implemented the original management. The intervention effects were investigated and analyzed in ifve dimensions, including physician evaluation, nurse evaluation, patient evaluation, quality of care and utilization of inpatient services by assessment indicator system of nursing position management. Results:The score were all higher in the intervention group than that in the control group (P<0.05) after one year intervention. The entire evaluation of four dimensions of physician evaluation, nurse evaluation, quality of care, and utilization of inpatient services was carried out by difference in difference method. The results showed a signiifcant effect of the implementation of nursing position management. Conclusion:It was conducive to improve the physician and nurse's recognition degree on nursing position. The patient satisfaction, care quality, and the utilization of inpatient services also improved.
