目的：分析七叶皂苷钠致静脉炎的原因，归纳护理干预措施以降低静脉炎的发生率。方法：对180例患者保护性使用静脉，控制输液速度，合理选用溶媒，合理选用穿刺针，局部湿敷，心里干预等措施。结果：静脉炎发生率大大降低，且经护理干预3～5d症状缓解。
目的：分析七葉皂苷鈉緻靜脈炎的原因，歸納護理榦預措施以降低靜脈炎的髮生率。方法：對180例患者保護性使用靜脈，控製輸液速度，閤理選用溶媒，閤理選用穿刺針，跼部濕敷，心裏榦預等措施。結果：靜脈炎髮生率大大降低，且經護理榦預3～5d癥狀緩解。
목적：분석칠협조감납치정맥염적원인，귀납호리간예조시이강저정맥염적발생솔。방법：대180례환자보호성사용정맥，공제수액속도，합리선용용매，합리선용천자침，국부습부，심리간예등조시。결과：정맥염발생솔대대강저，차경호리간예3～5d증상완해。
Objective Analysis the reason of phlebitis caused by sodium seven Ye Zao nucleoside, summarized the nursing interventions to reduce the incidence of phlebitis.Methods In 180 cases of patients using protective control infusion speed, reasonable choose needle, local shi fu, psychological intervention measures.Results Greatly reduce the incidence of phlebitis, and after the nursing intervention for 3 ~ 5 d of symptoms.
