文中以环境污染中的工业废气排放量为研究对象,研究其影响因素。搜集了《中国统计年鉴》中31个地区从2005-2010年的相关数据,选取了电力消费量、企业个数、工业总产值这三个影响因素。以面板数据分析为基础,对工业废气排放量的影响因素进行实证分析,并建立固定效应模型,得出电力消费量、企业个数、工业总产值对工业废气排放量均具有正面影响,并且得出了各个地区的固定影响值。针对这些结论,提出了相关的政策建议:优化产业结构,促进环境优化;关注空气质量变化,适当控制工厂数量;推广环保技术,加强环保意识;改变工业发展局势,促进工业产业转移。

In this paper,taking the industrial waste gas emissions in the environmental pollution as the research object,study the influen-cing factors. Through analyzing the related data from 2005 to 2010 about 31 areas in China,select the three main factors including the power consumption,the number of enterprises and the total industrial output value. On the basis of the panel data analysis,through the empirical analysis on the influence factors of industrial waste gas emissions,and to establish a fixed effects model,it is concluded that the three main factors have a positive influence on the industrial emissions and get the fixed affect value of each regions. Against those con-clusions,raise some related policy advises. Firstly,optimize the industrial structure and improve environment optimization. Secondly,focus on the changes of air quality and control number of factories properly. Thirdly, spread the environmental protection technology and strengthen environmental awareness. Finally,change industrial improvement situation and promote transformation of industrial property.
