工业控制领域通信采用CAN进行组网能够更高效地传输数据,不易受干扰,但使用CAN进行组网的门槛较高,不利于用户使用,因此设计了该款网关,隐藏CAN协议的复杂性,使用户通过串口即可访问CAN总线。网关采用基于Cortex-M3内核的STM32F103微处理器作为主控芯片,利用带环形缓冲区的DMA传输从而极大地提高了CPU利用率和RS232传输速度。文中介绍了关键部分的硬件电路设计及软件流程,并通过实验证明,该网关能够稳定高速地完成RS232与CAN网络的桥接,从而论证了该网关的高效性和可靠性。

In industrial control network communications,using CAN can be able to transfer data more efficiently and reduce interference. However,the use of CAN networking is difficult for users. Therefore,the gateway is designed to hide the complexity of the CAN proto-col,allowing users to access the CAN bus via the serial port. The gateway uses the STM32F103 microcontroller based on Cortex-M3 core as the master chip. Applying the DMA transfer mode with a ring buffer could greatly improve CPU utilization and RS232 transmission speed. Introduce the key part of the hardware circuit design and software processing in this paper. The experimental results show that the gateway can complete the bridge between RS232 and CAN networks stably and rapidly,verifying the efficiency and reliability.
