目的:利用外周动脉张力测定(PAT)技术检测不同阶段的糖代谢异常患者血管内皮功能变化。方法:202例患者根据糖耐量分三组:正常糖耐量(NGT)组108例,糖耐量受损(IGT)组50例,糖尿病(DM)组44例,入院72h内用PAT技术评价血管内皮细胞功能、计算反应性充血指数(RHI)。采集空腹静脉血测血糖(FPG)、血脂(Tch、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等。结果:与NGT组(1.71±0.27)相比,IGT组的RHI值已存在减低(1.61±0.27)(P<0.05),DM组患者RHI值则进一步降低,DM组患者RHI最低(1.49±0.23)(P<0.01)。结论:PAT技术检测可早期发现血管内皮功能受损。

목적:이용외주동맥장력측정(PAT)기술검측불동계단적당대사이상환자혈관내피공능변화。방법:202례환자근거당내량분삼조:정상당내량(NGT)조108례,당내량수손(IGT)조50례,당뇨병(DM)조44례,입원72h내용PAT기술평개혈관내피세포공능、계산반응성충혈지수(RHI)。채집공복정맥혈측혈당(FPG)、혈지(Tch、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)、당화혈홍단백(HbA1c)、고민C-반응단백(hs-CRP)등。결과:여NGT조(1.71±0.27)상비,IGT조적RHI치이존재감저(1.61±0.27)(P<0.05),DM조환자RHI치칙진일보강저,DM조환자RHI최저(1.49±0.23)(P<0.01)。결론:PAT기술검측가조기발현혈관내피공능수손。
Objective: To determine the use of peripheral arterial tension (PAT) changes in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism in vascular endothelial function in different stage of the detection technology.Methods:202 cases patients according to glucose tolerance were divided into three groups: normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group of 108 cases, impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) group of 50 cases, 44 cases of diabetes mellitus (DM) group, the evaluation function of vascular endothelial cells, the calculation of reactive hyperemia index using PAT Technology within 72h after admission (RHI). Blood glucose measured fasting blood collection (FPG), blood lipid (Tch, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), Gao Min C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) etc.Results:With the NGT group (1.71±0.27) compared with IGT group, the RHI value exists to reduce (1.61±0.27) (P<0.05), patients in group DM RHI value is further reduced, the patients in the DM group RHI is the lowest (1.49±0.23) (P<0.01).Conclusion:PAT technology can be found early detection of impaired endothelial function.
