目的：观察比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗风湿性心脏病的疗效。方法将风湿性心脏病患者263例随机分为观察组138例和对照组125例。两组均予常规对症治疗，观察组在此基础上给予比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗。观察两组疗效。结果治疗后，观察组总有效率为92.0%高于对照组的78.4%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论比索洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗风湿性心脏病疗效显著，能明显改善患者临床症状和心肌功能，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰비색락이연합곡미타진치료풍습성심장병적료효。방법장풍습성심장병환자263례수궤분위관찰조138례화대조조125례。량조균여상규대증치료，관찰조재차기출상급여비색락이연합곡미타진치료。관찰량조료효。결과치료후，관찰조총유효솔위92.0%고우대조조적78.4%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론비색락이연합곡미타진치료풍습성심장병료효현저，능명현개선환자림상증상화심기공능，치득림상추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo observe the efifcacy of bisoprolol combined with QuMei trimetazidine treatment of rheumatic heart disease.Methods138 cases in observation group and 125 cases in the control group of 263cases of rheumatic heart disease patients were randomly divided into. The 2 groups were given conventionalsymptomatic treatment, observation group was treated on the basis of bisoprolol combined with trimetazidinetreatment QuMei. Observe two groups of curative effect.ResultsAfter treatment,total effective rate of observation group was 92%higher than 78.4% in the control group,the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).ConclusionBisoprolol combined QuMei trimetazidine efficacy in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease significantly,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients,is worthy of clinical application.
