目的:考察丹参总酚酸提取物与大豆卵磷脂形成磷脂复合物的最佳制备工艺。方法:以丹参总酚酸提取物与磷脂结合百分率为评价指标,采用单因素考察和正交设计试验系统研究了复合溶剂类型、药物与磷脂比例、提取物的浓度、复合反应时间、复合时的温度等因素对磷脂复合物形成的影响。结果:确定了以甲醇作为反应溶剂,丹参总酚酸与大豆卵磷脂比例为1∶2,丹参总酚酸投料浓度为3mg/mL ,在60℃条件下复合1h为较佳条件。结论:复合物的形成受反应溶剂、反应物浓度和温度的影响较大;优选的工艺可以作为丹参总酚酸提取物磷脂复合物的制备。
目的:攷察丹參總酚痠提取物與大豆卵燐脂形成燐脂複閤物的最佳製備工藝。方法:以丹參總酚痠提取物與燐脂結閤百分率為評價指標,採用單因素攷察和正交設計試驗繫統研究瞭複閤溶劑類型、藥物與燐脂比例、提取物的濃度、複閤反應時間、複閤時的溫度等因素對燐脂複閤物形成的影響。結果:確定瞭以甲醇作為反應溶劑,丹參總酚痠與大豆卵燐脂比例為1∶2,丹參總酚痠投料濃度為3mg/mL ,在60℃條件下複閤1h為較佳條件。結論:複閤物的形成受反應溶劑、反應物濃度和溫度的影響較大;優選的工藝可以作為丹參總酚痠提取物燐脂複閤物的製備。
목적:고찰단삼총분산제취물여대두란린지형성린지복합물적최가제비공예。방법:이단삼총분산제취물여린지결합백분솔위평개지표,채용단인소고찰화정교설계시험계통연구료복합용제류형、약물여린지비례、제취물적농도、복합반응시간、복합시적온도등인소대린지복합물형성적영향。결과:학정료이갑순작위반응용제,단삼총분산여대두란린지비례위1∶2,단삼총분산투료농도위3mg/mL ,재60℃조건하복합1h위교가조건。결론:복합물적형성수반응용제、반응물농도화온도적영향교대;우선적공예가이작위단삼총분산제취물린지복합물적제비。
Objective:To study the optimum conditions for the formation of Salvia total phenolic acids complex with phospholipids .Method:With combined percentage as evaluation index ,adopt single factor and orthogonal design test methods study the following factor:compound solvent type ,drugs and phospholipid proportion ,the concentration of the extract ,reaction time and the temperature .Results:The optimized preparation conditions for Salvia total phenolic acids phytosomes were obtained as follows :Solvent was mathanol .The ratio of Salvia total phenolic acids to phospholipid was 1 to 2 .Temperature was 60℃ .Reaction time was 1 h .Salvia total phenolic acids concentration was 3mg/mL .Conclusion :The formation of Salvia total phenolic acids complex with phospholipid is greatly influenced by the solvent ,concentration and temperature;the optimized preparation is feasible and stable .
