目的：考察β－蜕皮甾酮的体外降脂活性。方法建立油酸诱导肝癌细胞（ HepG2）产生脂肪堆积体外模型，分别以噻唑兰染色吸光度（ MTT值）、甘油三酯（ TG值）、细胞内脂滴的形态为指标，考察β－蜕皮甾酮对模型细胞的影响。结果β－蜕皮甾酮能够显著抑制油酸诱导的HepG2细胞脂肪累积作用，25μg? mL－1β－蜕皮甾酮对TG的清除率高达29．50％。结论β－蜕皮甾酮具有良好的体外降脂活性，推测其对具有较好的降脂生物活性。
목적：고찰β－세피치동적체외강지활성。방법건립유산유도간암세포（ HepG2）산생지방퇴적체외모형，분별이새서란염색흡광도（ MTT치）、감유삼지（ TG치）、세포내지적적형태위지표，고찰β－세피치동대모형세포적영향。결과β－세피치동능구현저억제유산유도적HepG2세포지방루적작용，25μg? mL－1β－세피치동대TG적청제솔고체29．50％。결론β－세피치동구유량호적체외강지활성，추측기대구유교호적강지생물활성。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate lipid-lowering activity in vitro ofβ-ecdysterone.METHODS Oleic acid was used to induce fat accumulation in HepG2 cells for establishing steatosis model in vitro,MTT value,total triglyc-eride( TG) and intracellular lipid droplet morphology were used to evaluate the effect of β-ecdysterone on HepG2 steatosis.RESULTS β-ecdysteroneshowdasignificantinhibitoryeffectagainstTGaccumulationinHepG2cells induced by Oleic acid, and the clearance rate of TG reached 29.50% at the concentration of 25μg? mL-1 .CONCLUSION β-ecdysteronehasasignificantactivityonlipid-loweringactivityinvitro,itmaycureHyperlip-demia.
