目的研究风险管理应用于产科重症患者的临床效果。方法统计2012年1月-2012年12月在产科实施护理风险管理后患者对于护理工作的满意度、差错事件及技术事件例数，并与2011年未实施护理风险管理时所收集的资料进行比较。结果2012年度产科重症患者中发生责任差错事件与技术缺陷事件均为零，患者满意度为97.5%，与2011年度14例护理责任差错事件，10例技术缺陷事件，患者满意度为85.0%相比，两者之间比较有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论风险管理有助于减少危重产妇不良事件的发生，值得临床推广。

목적연구풍험관리응용우산과중증환자적림상효과。방법통계2012년1월-2012년12월재산과실시호리풍험관리후환자대우호리공작적만의도、차착사건급기술사건례수，병여2011년미실시호리풍험관리시소수집적자료진행비교。결과2012년도산과중증환자중발생책임차착사건여기술결함사건균위령，환자만의도위97.5%，여2011년도14례호리책임차착사건，10례기술결함사건，환자만의도위85.0%상비，량자지간비교유통계학차이（P<0.05）。결론풍험관리유조우감소위중산부불량사건적발생，치득림상추엄。
Objective To study the clinical effect of risk management on obstetric severe patients.Methods After the implementation of nursing risk management in obstetric department from January to December 2012, data on patients' satisfaction degree of nursing and cases of error and technical incidents were collected to be compared with the baseline data collected at the end of 2011, the beginning of the implementation.Results There was no incident of error and technical defects occurred among obstetric severe patients in 2012 and patients' satisfaction rate was 97.5%, while there were 14 incidents error incidents (nurse responsibility) and 10 incidents of technical defects occurred in 2011 and the satisfaction rate was 85.0%. There was significantly statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The risk management could reduce the incidence of adverse events among severe puerperal and should be generalized in clinical work.
