目的:探讨咸阳地产山楂对诱导性高脂血症小鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)和总胆固醇(TC)含量变化的影响。方法:将60只健康昆明种小鼠适应性喂养1周后,随机分为空白对照组(A组)、模型对照组(B组)、山楂果汁小剂量组(C组)、山楂果汁中剂量组(D组)、山楂果汁大剂量组(E组),每组12只。除A组外,各组进行高脂饮食喂养造模,连续4周。除A组和B组外,其余各组每日给予山楂果汁灌胃。造模结束后第2d进行小鼠血清甘油三酯(T G )和总胆固醇(TC)的测定。结果:B组血清TG和TC明显高于A组(P<0.05),C组、D组和E组小鼠TG和TC均明显比B组低(P<0.05)。结论:咸阳地产山楂可通过降低血清 TC、TG来预防高脂血症的发生。

목적:탐토함양지산산사대유도성고지혈증소서혈청감유삼지(TG)화총담고순(TC)함량변화적영향。방법:장60지건강곤명충소서괄응성위양1주후,수궤분위공백대조조(A조)、모형대조조(B조)、산사과즙소제량조(C조)、산사과즙중제량조(D조)、산사과즙대제량조(E조),매조12지。제A조외,각조진행고지음식위양조모,련속4주。제A조화B조외,기여각조매일급여산사과즙관위。조모결속후제2d진행소서혈청감유삼지(T G )화총담고순(TC)적측정。결과:B조혈청TG화TC명현고우A조(P<0.05),C조、D조화E조소서TG화TC균명현비B조저(P<0.05)。결론:함양지산산사가통과강저혈청 TC、TG래예방고지혈증적발생。
Objective:To explore the effects of Xianyang local hawthorn on serum level of Triglyceride and To‐tal cholesterol in mice with experimental hyperlipidemia .Methods :We adopted the animal model ,60 healthy Kunming male mice were randomLy divided into blank control group (group A) ,model control group(group B) and hawthorn juice low dose group (group C ) ,hawthorn juice middle dose group (group D) and hawthorn juice large group (group E) with 12 mice in each group .Using the animal models which were fed by high fat diet except group A ,4 weeks in total .Except group A and group B ,the mice in other groups also were given hawthorn juice by gavage once daily .At the day after suc‐cessfully modeling ,the content of serum TG and TC of all mice were tested ,and all results were statistically analyzed by means of t‐test .Results:In the comparison with group A ,the TG and TC levels of mice in group B increased significant‐ly (P<0 .05) .The content of TG and TC in group C ,D and E were lower than that of group B .Conclusions :By reducing the levels of TG and TC ,Xianyang local hawthorn can prevent the occurrence of hyperlipemia .
