目的:探讨3D 打印技术在 Pilon 骨折手术治疗中的可行性及诊疗价值。方法选择2例较为复杂的 Pilon 骨折患者进行螺旋 CT 扫描,将其 DICOM 数据输入计算机中,采用 Mimics 软件处理数据。应用3D 打印技术打印骨折模型,制定手术方案,于内固定前模拟手术过程。然后实施手术,从手术入路、钢板长度、螺钉数量及长度方面与术前模拟方案进行对比。结果2例完全采用了计划固定方法,患者术中采用的固定钢板、螺钉数量与螺钉长度均与术前计划一致。随访 X 线及 CT 显示 2例均为关节面解剖复位。结论3D 打印技术应用于Pilon 骨折的治疗临床可行性良好,有助于术者对 Pilon 骨折的理解和术前计划的制定。

목적:탐토3D 타인기술재 Pilon 골절수술치료중적가행성급진료개치。방법선택2례교위복잡적 Pilon 골절환자진행라선 CT 소묘,장기 DICOM 수거수입계산궤중,채용 Mimics 연건처리수거。응용3D 타인기술타인골절모형,제정수술방안,우내고정전모의수술과정。연후실시수술,종수술입로、강판장도、라정수량급장도방면여술전모의방안진행대비。결과2례완전채용료계화고정방법,환자술중채용적고정강판、라정수량여라정장도균여술전계화일치。수방 X 선급 CT 현시 2례균위관절면해부복위。결론3D 타인기술응용우Pilon 골절적치료림상가행성량호,유조우술자대 Pilon 골절적리해화술전계화적제정。
Objective To explore the feasibility and clinical value of three-dimension (3D)printing tech-nology in the treatment of Pilon Fracture.Methods Spiral CT scan was performed in 2 patients with Pilon Fracture.DICOM data were imported into Mimics software.3D printing technology was used to print the fracture models.Operative planning was worked out,and the surgical process was simulated before internal fixation,and then the operation was implemented.The aspects including operation approach,plate length,screw count and length were compared.Meanwhile,the actual operation time was recorded. Results The planned fixation method was completely used in 2 patients.The number and length of fixation plate and screw in 2 patients were concurrent with those before operation.The follow- up CT showed that 2 patients achieved anatomic reduction of articular surface.Conclusion The technology of 3D printing for the treatment of Pilon fracture is feasible and of clinical significance,contributive to the better understanding of Pilon facture and preoperative planning for the operation.
