目的对心内科护理管理中存在的问题及对应措施进行调查。方法对2011年2月至2013年8月心内科发生的投诉或由护理引起的风险事件进行回顾性调查,对患者及其家属进行问卷调查,分析护理管理中存在的问题,并由此提出相应的应对措施。结果患方认为纠纷原因起于医疗费用太高、护士护理技术不熟、差错事故频发以及护士服务态度恶劣等。所占患者比例分别为28.89%、22.22%、17.78%、31.11%。而护方则认为纠纷原因起于患者及家属原因、护士自身护理技术不熟、差错事故频发以及自身法律知识薄弱等。所占护士比例分别为30.00%、24.00%、16.00%、30.00%。结论心内科护理中存在多种问题,可通过完善管理制度、提高护理人员素质、加强护患沟通等措施有效提高护理质量。

Objective To study the cardiology nursing management problems and countermeasures.Methods Conducted retrospective study on patients' complaints from February 2011 to August 2013 occurred in cardiology department. Conducted questionnaire survey on patients and their families and analyzed the problems in nursing management before proposed appropriate countermeasures.Results Patients thought that disputes were caused by high medical cost, poor performance of nurses, frequent accidents and nurses' bad service attitude and so on, which accounted for 28.89%, 22.22%, 17.78% and 31.11% respectively. Nurses thought that disputes were caused by patients and their families, poor performance of nurses, frequent accidents and their poor knowledge of law, which accounted for 30.00%, 24.00%, 16.00% and 30.00% respectively.Conclusion There are various problems in cardiology department, which can be effectively improved through improving the management system and nursing quality as well as strengthening nurse-patient communication.
