稀有金属锆具有优良的抗腐蚀性能,在无机和有机化学腐蚀环境中有着广阔的应用前景,适用于不锈钢和钛合金不能使用的强腐蚀环境。目前锆制管壳式换热器已在醋酸工业和尿素合成行业得到广泛应用。板式换热器相比管壳式换热器不但传热系数高,而且在相同热负荷情况下需用较少的换热面积,因锆材价格昂贵,制造锆板式热交换器将降低锆换热器的制造成本。文中先阐述锆材的分类及相应的性能,并介绍国内外锆换热器的研究进展,最后讨论研制锆板式换热器的可行性。
稀有金屬鋯具有優良的抗腐蝕性能,在無機和有機化學腐蝕環境中有著廣闊的應用前景,適用于不鏽鋼和鈦閤金不能使用的彊腐蝕環境。目前鋯製管殼式換熱器已在醋痠工業和尿素閤成行業得到廣汎應用。闆式換熱器相比管殼式換熱器不但傳熱繫數高,而且在相同熱負荷情況下需用較少的換熱麵積,因鋯材價格昂貴,製造鋯闆式熱交換器將降低鋯換熱器的製造成本。文中先闡述鋯材的分類及相應的性能,併介紹國內外鋯換熱器的研究進展,最後討論研製鋯闆式換熱器的可行性。

Zirconium is a kind of rare metal which has good performance in anticorrosion and is used widely in organic and inorganic chemical corrosion environment in which stainless steel and titanium alloy are not applicable. Currently, zirconium tubular heat exchanger has been applied widely in acetic and urea industries. Compared with tubular heat exchanger, plate heat exchanger has higher heat transfer coefficient so as to require less heat transferarea under the condition of same heat load. Moreover, because zirconium is expensive, it will greatly reduce the manufacture cost to use plate heat exchanger. But zirconium plate heat exchanger has not been manufactured by any manufacturers worldwide, including Alfa Laval. In this article, the classification of zirconium and its features were statedfirst, then the progress in research of zirconiumheat exchanger at home and abroad was introduced, and finally the feasibility of developing zirconium heat exchanger was discussed.
