目的::测定峨眉产黄连药材的水分、灰分和浸出物,为建立峨眉产黄连药材质量标准提供依据。方法:按《中国药典》(2010版一部)对黄连中的水分、灰分及浸出物进行测定,并对浸出物的提取条件进行优化。结果:测得黄连药材水分11.68%~19.04%,总灰分2.51%~3.79%,酸不溶性灰分0.34%~1.48%,醇溶性浸出物量24.82%~36.14%。结论:峨眉产黄连药材水分不超过14%,总灰分不高于5%,酸不溶性灰分不高于1%,醇溶性浸出物量不低于15%。

목적::측정아미산황련약재적수분、회분화침출물,위건립아미산황련약재질량표준제공의거。방법:안《중국약전》(2010판일부)대황련중적수분、회분급침출물진행측정,병대침출물적제취조건진행우화。결과:측득황련약재수분11.68%~19.04%,총회분2.51%~3.79%,산불용성회분0.34%~1.48%,순용성침출물량24.82%~36.14%。결론:아미산황련약재수분불초과14%,총회분불고우5%,산불용성회분불고우1%,순용성침출물량불저우15%。
Obj ective:To determine the moisture,ashes,and extracts from the Coptidis Rhizoma for establishing of quality standards.Methods:According to the procedures recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,published in 2010,moisture, ashes and extracts of samples were measured respectively.And the extraction conditions of extract was optimized.Results:The moisture in E’mei Coptidis Rhizoma was 11.68%~19.04%,the total ashes content was 2.51%~3.79%,the acid insoluble ash content was 0.34%~1.48%,and the content of ethanol extract was 24.82%~36.14%.Conclusion:The moisture in E’mei Coptidis Rhizoma was less than 14%,the total ashes content was less than 5%,with the acid insoluble ash content was less than 1%,the content of ethanol extract was not less than 1 5%.
