目的探讨微信随访教育对血液透析患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2013年5月－2014年5月血液透析患者，以能独立使用微信的60例为研究对象，随机分为对照组(30例)和微信组（30例），对照组给予常规护理和宣教，微信组在对照组的基础上通过微信定期发送透析相关知识和护理宣教，6个月后收集两组资料，比较分析两组患者治疗依从性和并发症发生率。结果微信组在合理饮食、规范服药、合理运动、良性心理、规律透析5个方面的依从性明显高于对照组，差异均存在统计学意义（P<0.05），两组在感染、心衰、高血钾、高血压等并发症发生率比较，差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）。而且患者满意度也从76.7%提高到100%。结论微信随访教育能有效提高血液透析患者治疗依从性，减少并发症，提高患者生活质量，提高患者满意度。
목적탐토미신수방교육대혈액투석환자치료의종성적영향。방법선취2013년5월－2014년5월혈액투석환자，이능독립사용미신적60례위연구대상，수궤분위대조조(30례)화미신조（30례），대조조급여상규호리화선교，미신조재대조조적기출상통과미신정기발송투석상관지식화호리선교，6개월후수집량조자료，비교분석량조환자치료의종성화병발증발생솔。결과미신조재합리음식、규범복약、합리운동、량성심리、규률투석5개방면적의종성명현고우대조조，차이균존재통계학의의（P<0.05），량조재감염、심쇠、고혈갑、고혈압등병발증발생솔비교，차이존재통계학의의（P<0.05）。이차환자만의도야종76.7%제고도100%。결론미신수방교육능유효제고혈액투석환자치료의종성，감소병발증，제고환자생활질량，제고환자만의도。
Objective To investigate the influence of follow-up visit education with Wechat on the treatment compliance for hemodialysis patients. Methods Select 60 cases who were able to use Wechat independently as the research object from hemodialysis patients during May 2013 to May 2014. They were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and Wechat group (30 cases). The control group received routine nursing and health education. Wechat group received regular dialysis related knowledge and nursing care furthermore through Wechat. Collected data of the two groups after 6 months and comparatively analyzed patients' treatment compliance and the incidence of complications of two groups. Results The compliance of reasonable diet, standardized medication, the reasonable exercise, benign psychology and regular dialysis for Wechat group were significantly higher than that of control group with significant differences (p<0.05).Conclusion Follow-up visit education with Wechat can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with hemodialysis, reduce their complications and improve their quality of life and patients' satisfaction.
