目的：探讨视网膜切开切除术治疗视网膜脱离的效果。方法选择2011年4月~2012年4月我院收治的视网膜脱离患者40例，共40只眼，行周边视网膜切开术及切除术。观察术中术后患者视网膜复位、视功能情况。结果术中视网膜复位率达100%，术后1 w复位率为95%；随访1年后，复位率为87.5%；术后1 w，视力增加19只眼，达47.5%，视力≥0.01有4只眼，最好视力为0.02；随访1年，视力增加者22只眼，达到55%，视力≥0.01有6只眼，最好视力为0.03。结论视网膜切开切除术治疗难治性复杂性视网膜脱离效果较好，值得在临床中推广。

목적：탐토시망막절개절제술치료시망막탈리적효과。방법선택2011년4월~2012년4월아원수치적시망막탈리환자40례，공40지안，행주변시망막절개술급절제술。관찰술중술후환자시망막복위、시공능정황。결과술중시망막복위솔체100%，술후1 w복위솔위95%；수방1년후，복위솔위87.5%；술후1 w，시력증가19지안，체47.5%，시력≥0.01유4지안，최호시력위0.02；수방1년，시력증가자22지안，체도55%，시력≥0.01유6지안，최호시력위0.03。결론시망막절개절제술치료난치성복잡성시망막탈리효과교호，치득재림상중추엄。
Objective To investigate the retinal incision and excision in the treatment of retinal detachment ef ect. Methods Select 2011 April ~ 2012 April in our hospital 40 cases of patients with retinal detachment, 40 eyes, peripheral retinotomy and resection. Observation of postoperative patients with retinal reat achment, visual function. Results Postoperative retinal reat achment rate reached 100%, one week after operation the rate of reduction was 95%;after one year of fol ow-up, the rate of reduction was 87.5%;one week after operation, the visual acuity increased in 19 eyes of 47.5%, visual acuity 0.01 have 4 eyes, the best visual acuity is 0.02; one year of fol ow-up, visual acuity increased in 22 eyes. Reached 55%, visual acuity 0.01 have 6 eyes, the best visual acuity is 0.03. Conclusion Retinotomy resection in the treatment of refractory complicated retinal detachment with bet er ef ect, worthy of promotion in clinical.
