目的:猪瘟病毒(CSFV)为黄病毒科瘟病毒属,是可以引发猪个体间和群体间高度接触性传染,对养猪业造成重大损失的病原。猪瘟的危害性包括:引起妊娠母猪流产、病猪败血症、慢性营养消耗和淋巴细胞及血小板减少等免疫系统病变[1]。猪瘟弱毒病毒能在乳猪肾细胞(MPK)中繁殖[2],但不产生明显的细胞病变[3]。本研究采用免疫过氧化物酶法,体外检测猪瘟病毒滴度,并与体内法比较,以得到一种更为便捷、经济、稳定的测定猪瘟病毒滴度的方法。

목적:저온병독(CSFV)위황병독과온병독속,시가이인발저개체간화군체간고도접촉성전염,대양저업조성중대손실적병원。저온적위해성포괄:인기임신모저유산、병저패혈증、만성영양소모화림파세포급혈소판감소등면역계통병변[1]。저온약독병독능재유저신세포(MPK)중번식[2],단불산생명현적세포병변[3]。본연구채용면역과양화물매법,체외검측저온병독적도,병여체내법비교,이득도일충경위편첩、경제、은정적측정저온병독적도적방법。
OBJECTIVES: Classical swine fever virus(CSFV) belongs to the genus Pestivirus within the family Flaviviridae, it is a highly contagious disease between individual and group, it causes great economic loss in pork industry. The damage of CSFV includes: abortion of pregnant sows, septicemia of pigs, chronic nutrient consumption, reduction of lymphocytes and blood platelet and other immune system disease. CSFV can be passaged within minipig kidney cels(MPK) and has no visual cytopathic. This immunoperoxidase test is a method to detect titer of CSFV in vitro. Comparing with test in vivo, it is a more convenient, economic and stable method to detect titer of CSFV.
