目的：提高对多潘立酮导致心脏不良反应的认识，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：检索有关多潘立酮致心脏不良反应的相关文献，对患者的性别、年龄、原患疾病、药物使用情况及心脏不良反应临床表现等数据进行汇总并统计分析。结果：共收集14例多潘立酮导致心脏不良反应的个案报道，其中心律失常8例，心脏骤停2例，心绞痛1例，QT间期延长1例，QT间期延长并室性心动过速2例。结论：多潘立酮致心脏的不良反应有室性早搏（室早）、室性心动过速（室速）、心室颤动（室颤）、心脏骤停、QT间期延长，及时停药并对症处理后多可好转。应用多潘立酮时应注意其不良反应，确保安全用药。
목적：제고대다반립동도치심장불량반응적인식，위림상합리용약제공삼고。방법：검색유관다반립동치심장불량반응적상관문헌，대환자적성별、년령、원환질병、약물사용정황급심장불량반응림상표현등수거진행회총병통계분석。결과：공수집14례다반립동도치심장불량반응적개안보도，기중심률실상8례，심장취정2례，심교통1례，QT간기연장1례，QT간기연장병실성심동과속2례。결론：다반립동치심장적불량반응유실성조박（실조）、실성심동과속（실속）、심실전동（실전）、심장취정、QT간기연장，급시정약병대증처리후다가호전。응용다반립동시응주의기불량반응，학보안전용약。
Objective:To deepen understanding of cardiac related adverse drug reactions (ADRs) induced by domperidone and provide references for rational use of drugs. Methods:Literature about domperidone-induced cardiac ADRs were collected from several databases and analyzed statistically in respect of patients' gender, age, primary disease, drug use and clinical manifestations of cardiac ADRs. Results: A total of 14 cases of domperidone-induced cardiac ADRs were collected, including 8 cases of cardiac arrhythmias, 2 cases of sudden cardiac arrest, 1 case of angina pectoris, 1 case of QT interval prolongation, 2 cases of QT interval prolongation and ventricular tachycardia. Conclusion: Domperidone-induced adverse reactions such as premature ventricular beats, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular ifbrillation, sudden cardiac arrest, QT interval prolongation, which can be improved due to withdrawal or symptomatic treatment. Cardiac related ADRs of domperidone should be paid attention to in clinical use, in order to ensure the safety of medication.
