本文以环氧树脂为基体,通过填充不同含量的四氯乙烯微胶囊,制备了含有微胶囊的环氧树脂基复合材料。分析了微胶囊含量对环氧树脂摩擦系数和磨损量的影响,对比研究不同载荷下复合材料的摩擦系数变化,并对复合材料磨损面的表面形貌进行了分析。实验结果表明,四氯乙烯微胶囊能够有效地降低环氧树脂的摩擦系数、减少磨损量,当微胶囊的含量达到10%时,环氧树脂的平均摩擦系数为0.252,磨损量减少了约68%,其相应磨损机理由粘着磨损和磨粒磨损转变为疲劳磨损。

The compound material with tetrachloroethylene microcapsules as fillter material and epoxy resin as matrix material was prepared in this paper. The influence on friction coefficient and wear volume of epoxy resin were discussed for different content of microcapsule. And the friction coefficient of the composite was compared under different loads. The worn surface morphology of composites was observed. The experimental results rvealed that tetrachloroethylene microcapsules could effectively reduce the friction coefficient and the worn amount of epoxy resin. When the content of microcapsule came up to 10%, the average friction coefficient of 0.252 was obtained, and the wear volume was reduced by about 68%. The worn mechanism was transformed from adherent and grain worn to fatigue worn with the improving addition of microcapsule.
