TBL( team-based learning)教学是PBL( problem-based learning)基础上改革创新并逐渐兴起的一种新型教学模式,强调以小组为单位进行集体性学习,可促进学生自主学习,培养创造性思维和团队协作能力等。为了解TBL教学法应用于预防医学教学中对学生学习态度和教学效果的影响,探讨其推广的可行性,通过构建学习团队、课前准备、课堂讨论、测试、问卷调查等,在非预防医学专业本科学生中采用TBL教学尝试。结果显示,TBL教学效果优于传统的LBL( lecture-based learning)授课,提高了学生的学习积极性,促进学生自主学习,也显示出一定的不足。围绕不足今后应有针对性地积极实践和完善、优化TBL教学模式,提高医学教育教学质量。

Preventive medicine is an important part in higher medical education. TBL,team-based learning, is a new teaching model based on the reform and innovation of PBL. It focuses on group learning, and could promote independent learning and cultivate creative thinking and team collaboration. To investigate the effect of TBL teaching method on students’ learning attitude and teaching effective-ness through the TBL application in preventive medicine, and further to explore the feasibility of its promotion, TBL teaching method was tried to apply to non-preventive medicine undergraduate students, including learning team building, pre-class preparation, class discussions, tests, questionnaires, etc. The results showed that TBL teaching was better than traditional LBL,lecture-based learning, which could improve students’ learning initiative, and promote independent learning despite some defects. In the future, we would fur-ther improve and optimize TBL teaching method according to current defects,and thus improve the teaching quality of medical educa-tion.
