介绍了国内外质子交换膜水电解技术的研究进展,讨论了阳极催化剂材料、膜厚度、电流密度对膜电极电化学性能的影响,利用高压水电解制氧测试平台分析了高压大功率质子交换膜水电解器的工作性能和长期运行稳定性的影响。结果表明,以IrO2复合金属氧化物催化剂的膜电极,在80℃和1.0 A/cm2的条件下,电解单槽电压不大于1.75 V,水电解器氧气输出压力达到5 MPa,最大产氧量为3.6 Nm3/h,氧气纯度不小于99.5%,研制的水电解器具备在高压、大电流密度下稳定工作的能力。
介紹瞭國內外質子交換膜水電解技術的研究進展,討論瞭暘極催化劑材料、膜厚度、電流密度對膜電極電化學性能的影響,利用高壓水電解製氧測試平檯分析瞭高壓大功率質子交換膜水電解器的工作性能和長期運行穩定性的影響。結果錶明,以IrO2複閤金屬氧化物催化劑的膜電極,在80℃和1.0 A/cm2的條件下,電解單槽電壓不大于1.75 V,水電解器氧氣輸齣壓力達到5 MPa,最大產氧量為3.6 Nm3/h,氧氣純度不小于99.5%,研製的水電解器具備在高壓、大電流密度下穩定工作的能力。

This paper outlined the development states of solid polymer electrolyte membrane water e-lectrolysis technology .The influences of anode catalyst and membrane thickness , as well as the cur-rent density on electrode properties were examined .The properties and working stabilities of high pressure and high power water electrolysis stack were tested on high pressure water electrolysis tes -ting system .The results showed that for the IrO 2 composite based electrode material , the electrolysis potential was less than 1.75 V at temperature of 80 ℃and current density of 1.0 A/cm2 .The pre-pared prototype electrolysis stack can directly produce 5.0 MPa pressure oxygen at a max rate of 3.6 Nm3/h with oxygen purity no less than 99.5%.The PEM prototype electrolysis stack can work steadily under high pressure and high current density conditions .
