Endoscopic Saphenous Vein%Lower Extremity%Incision%Nursing
目的：探讨冠状动脉旁路移植术（CABG）中应用Medos内窥镜采集大隐静脉后下肢切口的护理效果。方法：回顾性分析300例采用Medos内窥镜采集大隐静脉行不停跳CABG患者的临床资料。观察并记录术后下肢切口的愈合情况，结痂时间，血肿、感觉麻木、伤口水泡、伤口渗液、伤口裂开等发生例数。结果：单侧下肢取大隐静脉233例，双侧下肢取大隐静脉67例，大隐静脉平均采集时间（22.50±8.40）min，大隐静脉平均采集长度（42.40±16.30）cm，下肢切口平均长度（3.90±2.51）cm，下肢切口愈合不良43例。平均结痂时间（7.04±2.14）d，下肢血肿22例、伤口水泡31例，伤口渗液12例，感觉麻木55例、伤口感染2例、伤口裂开2例，气体栓塞0例，下肢深静脉血栓形成0例。下肢切口愈合不良患者经过有效的医疗干预及护理措施均愈合。结论：正规有效的护理措施可明显改善CABG患者内窥镜取大隐静脉下肢切口的愈合情况，降低伤口并发症，促进下肢功能恢复。
目的：探討冠狀動脈徬路移植術（CABG）中應用Medos內窺鏡採集大隱靜脈後下肢切口的護理效果。方法：迴顧性分析300例採用Medos內窺鏡採集大隱靜脈行不停跳CABG患者的臨床資料。觀察併記錄術後下肢切口的愈閤情況，結痂時間，血腫、感覺痳木、傷口水泡、傷口滲液、傷口裂開等髮生例數。結果：單側下肢取大隱靜脈233例，雙側下肢取大隱靜脈67例，大隱靜脈平均採集時間（22.50±8.40）min，大隱靜脈平均採集長度（42.40±16.30）cm，下肢切口平均長度（3.90±2.51）cm，下肢切口愈閤不良43例。平均結痂時間（7.04±2.14）d，下肢血腫22例、傷口水泡31例，傷口滲液12例，感覺痳木55例、傷口感染2例、傷口裂開2例，氣體栓塞0例，下肢深靜脈血栓形成0例。下肢切口愈閤不良患者經過有效的醫療榦預及護理措施均愈閤。結論：正規有效的護理措施可明顯改善CABG患者內窺鏡取大隱靜脈下肢切口的愈閤情況，降低傷口併髮癥，促進下肢功能恢複。
목적：탐토관상동맥방로이식술（CABG）중응용Medos내규경채집대은정맥후하지절구적호리효과。방법：회고성분석300례채용Medos내규경채집대은정맥행불정도CABG환자적림상자료。관찰병기록술후하지절구적유합정황，결가시간，혈종、감각마목、상구수포、상구삼액、상구렬개등발생례수。결과：단측하지취대은정맥233례，쌍측하지취대은정맥67례，대은정맥평균채집시간（22.50±8.40）min，대은정맥평균채집장도（42.40±16.30）cm，하지절구평균장도（3.90±2.51）cm，하지절구유합불량43례。평균결가시간（7.04±2.14）d，하지혈종22례、상구수포31례，상구삼액12례，감각마목55례、상구감염2례、상구렬개2례，기체전새0례，하지심정맥혈전형성0례。하지절구유합불량환자경과유효적의료간예급호리조시균유합。결론：정규유효적호리조시가명현개선CABG환자내규경취대은정맥하지절구적유합정황，강저상구병발증，촉진하지공능회복。
Objective: To investigate the coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) in the application of Medos endoscope nursing effect of leg wound saphenous vein after.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 300 cases clinical data using endoscope mirror saphenous vein for off-pump patients with CABG Medos. Observe and record the healing, postoperative leg incision scabs time, hematoma, feeling numb, wound blisters, wound exudate, wound dehiscence occurred cases.Results:The unilateral lower limb from the saphenous vein in 233 cases, bilateral lower extremity saphenous vein harvesting great saphenous vein in 67 cases, the average acquisition time (22.50±8.40) min, the average length of saphenous vein collection (42.40±16.30) cm, the average length of leg wound (3.90±2.51) cm, poor wound healing in 43 cases of lower extremity. The average time to crusting (7.04±2.14) d, lower extremity hematoma in 22 cases, 31 cases of wound blisters, wound exudate in 12 cases, numbness in 55 cases, 2 cases of wound infection, wound dehiscence in 2 cases, 0 cases of gas embolism, lower limb deep venous thrombosis in 0 cases. Lower limb incision healing of patients after medical intervention and effective nursing measures were healed.Conclusion:The formal and effective nursing measures of patients with CABG can significantly improve the healing of endoscopic saphenous vein harvesting leg wound, decrease the wound complications, promote the recovery of lower limb function.
