This paper proposes a comprehensive experiment system based on the medical case analysis for laboratory medicine,inclu-ding teaching method, teaching objectives, project design, and its evaluation system. It also analyzes its contribution to the cultivation of medical professionals as well as the comprehensive quality of teachers by innovating experiment instruction mode. Teaching practice has proved that this course, which is popular with students, has greatly promoted and improved the student's learning enthusiasm, initi-ative, comprehensive judgment ability, team cooperation ability, and problem solving ability.
