目的:评价喉内喷利多卡因和气管导管气囊内注入碳酸利多卡因对围拔管期咽喉痛的影响。方法96名拟行妇科肿瘤手术的女性病人被随机分配到4组。A组:喉内喷1%盐酸利多卡因+气囊内注入1.73%碳酸利多卡因;B组:喉内喷1%盐酸利多卡因+气囊内注入生理盐水;C组:喉内喷生理盐水+气囊内注入1.73%碳酸利多卡因;D组:喉内喷生理盐水+气囊内注入生理盐水,记录拔管后15min(T1)、1h(T2)和24h(T3)的咽喉痛的VAS评分。结果 A、B、C组在三个时点的咽喉痛的VAS评分,明显低于D组(P<0.05);在T1、T2两个时点,A组低于B、C组,B组低于C组(P<0.05)。结论喉内喷盐酸利多卡因+气囊内注入1.73%碳酸利多卡因可减轻气管导管刺激引起的咽喉部不适症状。
目的:評價喉內噴利多卡因和氣管導管氣囊內註入碳痠利多卡因對圍拔管期嚥喉痛的影響。方法96名擬行婦科腫瘤手術的女性病人被隨機分配到4組。A組:喉內噴1%鹽痠利多卡因+氣囊內註入1.73%碳痠利多卡因;B組:喉內噴1%鹽痠利多卡因+氣囊內註入生理鹽水;C組:喉內噴生理鹽水+氣囊內註入1.73%碳痠利多卡因;D組:喉內噴生理鹽水+氣囊內註入生理鹽水,記錄拔管後15min(T1)、1h(T2)和24h(T3)的嚥喉痛的VAS評分。結果 A、B、C組在三箇時點的嚥喉痛的VAS評分,明顯低于D組(P<0.05);在T1、T2兩箇時點,A組低于B、C組,B組低于C組(P<0.05)。結論喉內噴鹽痠利多卡因+氣囊內註入1.73%碳痠利多卡因可減輕氣管導管刺激引起的嚥喉部不適癥狀。
목적:평개후내분리다잡인화기관도관기낭내주입탄산리다잡인대위발관기인후통적영향。방법96명의행부과종류수술적녀성병인피수궤분배도4조。A조:후내분1%염산리다잡인+기낭내주입1.73%탄산리다잡인;B조:후내분1%염산리다잡인+기낭내주입생리염수;C조:후내분생리염수+기낭내주입1.73%탄산리다잡인;D조:후내분생리염수+기낭내주입생리염수,기록발관후15min(T1)、1h(T2)화24h(T3)적인후통적VAS평분。결과 A、B、C조재삼개시점적인후통적VAS평분,명현저우D조(P<0.05);재T1、T2량개시점,A조저우B、C조,B조저우C조(P<0.05)。결론후내분염산리다잡인+기낭내주입1.73%탄산리다잡인가감경기관도관자격인기적인후부불괄증상。
Objective Our study aimed to evaluate the effects of lidocaine sprayed onto the larynx and/or injected into the tracheal tube cuff on the occurrence sore throat at extubation. Methods Ninety-six women scheduled for gynecological cancer surgery>120 min in duration were randomly divided into four groups (n=24 each).Group A received both lidocaine spray and lidocaine in the cuff;Group B was treated with a lidocaine spray and saline in the tube cuff;Group C received a saline spray and alkalinized lidocaine in the tube cuff;and Group D received saline both as a spray and in the cuff. The incidence of sore throat scores were recorded at 15 min,60 min, and 24hr after tracheal extubation. Results The sore throat scores in group A, B and C were significantly lower than those in group D at T1-T3 (P<0.05);The scores in group A were lower than those in group B and C,and scores in group B were lower than those in group C at T1-T2 (P<0.05). Conclusions The use of 1% lidocaine hydrochloride sprayed onto the larynx and intracuff alkalinized 1.73% lidocaine injected into the endotracheal cuffs can decreases the incidence of sore throat at tracheal extubation.
