为了探讨以问题为基础的学习( PBL)教学法在非麻醉专业麻醉科实习教学中的应用效果,针对PBL 教学法和麻醉科临床实习的特点设计教学方案,并完成教学考核和教学反馈。将考核成绩与以往的传统教学考核成绩比较,结果显示在PBL教学模式下学生能够主动学习,积极性明显提高,随之分析问题和解决问题的能力明显增强。由此可见在麻醉科临床实习教学中开展PBL 教学具有一定的现实意义。

To evaluate the effect of problem-based learning ( PBL) in anesthesia practice,the teaching scheme has been designed and practiced based on the features of PBL teaching methods and clinical practice in anesthesia. Teaching results were evaluated by the questionnaire as well as ability exams and compared with traditional results. Students who participated in PBL were in a dominant posi-tion and more active in the learning process. The model of PBL could improve not only students’ ability to identify, analyze and solve problems but also contribute to fostering and enhancing their clinical thinking ability. Therefore PBL used in the anesthesia practice has advantages and practical significance, which is applicable to anesthesia teaching practice.
