目的：探讨MRI增强扫描胰腺癌合并慢性胰腺炎(CP)的临床特征及诊断应用。方法：回顾性分析我院胰腺癌合并CP患者18例的MRI资料作为实验组（A组）。另选取同期我院单纯性胰腺癌患者18例的MRI资料（B组，对照组1）及本院证实的CP患者18例的MRI资料（C组，对照组2）。比较三组患者MRI的影响资料的不同之处。结果：Kappa分析发现，K＞0.7即一致性好。另外，P＞0.05，各组一般资料统计学比较无显著性差异。三组胰腺形态大小和组织影像学信号对比，三组间各数据对比均差异显著P＜0.05。结论：胰腺癌合并CP的明显特征性的MRI表现，对于鉴别单纯性胰腺癌和单纯性CP有很大的帮助。

Objective: To investigate the MRI enhancement scanning in pancreatic carcinoma coexisting with chronic pancreatitis (CP) of the clinical features and diagnostic applications.Methods:A retrospective analysis of MRI data of 18 cases of patients with CP in our hospital from pancreatic cancer as the experimental group (group A). On the other were selected in our hospital 18 cases of pancreatic cancer patients with simple MRI data (B group, 1 in control group) and 18 cases of our hospital patients with conifrmed CP MRI data (C group, 2 in control group). Different effects were compared between the three groups of data of MRI.Results: Kappa analysis showed that, K>0.7 is good consistency. In addition,P>0.05, there was no signiifcant difference between each group of general data statistics. Signal compared three groups of pancreatic size and tissue imaging, signiifcantP between the three groups in data contrast difference isP<0.05.Conclusion: Obvious characteristic MRI manifestations of pancreatic carcinoma with CP, very helpful for the differentiation of pancreatic cancer and simple CP.
