目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病小鼠表皮生长因子的表达与发病的关系。方法采用 STZ 建立妊娠糖尿病小鼠模型，测定母鼠血糖、胎盘系数；ELISA 法测定母鼠血清 EGF 含量，RT-PCR、免疫组化测定 GDM 组和对照组胎盘EGF 的表达。结果GDM 组胎盘系数高于对照组（P ＜0．01）；GDM 组母鼠血清 EGF 高于对照组（P ＜0．01）；而 RT-PCR 和免疫组化结果显示 GDM 组胎盘 EGF 表达与对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论GDM 导致血清 EGF 发生变化，而 EGF 并非 GDM 发病的原因。
목적：탐토임신기당뇨병소서표피생장인자적표체여발병적관계。방법채용 STZ 건립임신당뇨병소서모형，측정모서혈당、태반계수；ELISA 법측정모서혈청 EGF 함량，RT-PCR、면역조화측정 GDM 조화대조조태반EGF 적표체。결과GDM 조태반계수고우대조조（P ＜0．01）；GDM 조모서혈청 EGF 고우대조조（P ＜0．01）；이 RT-PCR 화면역조화결과현시 GDM 조태반 EGF 표체여대조조상비차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。결론GDM 도치혈청 EGF 발생변화，이 EGF 병비 GDM 발병적원인。
Objective To study the relationship between expression of EGF in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) mice and GDM.Methods STZ was used to induce GDM in mice,mother mice blood glucose were obtained.The weight of neonatal mouse and placenta were determined immediately after birth.EGF were tested with ELISA in mothers ser-um.Expression of EGF in placenta were measured by RT-PCR and IHC.Results The weight of neonatal mouse and placenta,placental coefficient of GDM mice was higher than control group(P <0.01);serum EGF in GDM mice was higher than control group (P <0.01),but the expression of EGF in placenta have no different between GDM and con-trol mice(P >0.05).Conclusion GDM is the reason of change of serum EGF,but it’s not pathogenetic factors of GDM.
