为了解由多层圆柱壳构成的装置轴向平面间隙随环境温度的变化,设计了PBX壳的热膨胀系数测定实验,结果表明, PBX壳各型面的热膨胀系数不同;推导了多层圆柱壳轴向平面间隙随环境温度的变化关系式并设计了验证实验,计算值与实测值的误差小于10%。
為瞭解由多層圓柱殼構成的裝置軸嚮平麵間隙隨環境溫度的變化,設計瞭PBX殼的熱膨脹繫數測定實驗,結果錶明, PBX殼各型麵的熱膨脹繫數不同;推導瞭多層圓柱殼軸嚮平麵間隙隨環境溫度的變化關繫式併設計瞭驗證實驗,計算值與實測值的誤差小于10%。

To understand the change of axial plane clearance between the multilayer cylindrical shell along with the ambient temperature, experiments were designed to measure the thermal expansion coefficient of the PBX shell.The results show that the thermal expansion coefficient of each profile in PBX shell is different;and the equations of axial plane clearance of multi-layer cylindrical shell with the change of environmental temperature are derived and then verification experiments are carried out.The error between the calculated values and the measured values is less than 10%.
