对比分析了HT200和QT600-6两种材质铸模在铁合金清洁生产线上使用前后组织和性能的变化,结果表明:HT200铸模使用后组织中珠光体形态发生了变化,碳有团聚趋势,硬度略有降低,抗拉强度基本不变;QT600-6铸模在使用后组织由铁素体-珠光体基向珠光体基转变,硬度略有提高,抗拉强度基本不变;QT600-6铸模应用前后性能均优于HT200铸模。
對比分析瞭HT200和QT600-6兩種材質鑄模在鐵閤金清潔生產線上使用前後組織和性能的變化,結果錶明:HT200鑄模使用後組織中珠光體形態髮生瞭變化,碳有糰聚趨勢,硬度略有降低,抗拉彊度基本不變;QT600-6鑄模在使用後組織由鐵素體-珠光體基嚮珠光體基轉變,硬度略有提高,抗拉彊度基本不變;QT600-6鑄模應用前後性能均優于HT200鑄模。

This paper analyzed the change of microstructure and mechanical properties of the HT200 and QT600-6 mold that were used on ferroalloy clean production line, the results showed that after been used on the ferroalloy clean production line, the pearlite shape in the organization of HT200 mold was changed, the graphite and ferrite had a tendency to reunite, and its hardness decreased slightly, yet its tensile strength remained unchanged;while the organization of QT600-6 mold turned from the ferrite-pearlite base to the pearlite base after been used on the ferroalloy clean production line, and its hardness improved slightly, yet its tensile strength basically remain unchanged.The performance of QT600-6 mold was better than that of HT200 mold after been used on the ferroalloy clean production line.
