分析摩擦片参数对其磨损的影响,定义影响离合器摩擦片磨损的综合参数PV,以其最小值为优化目标,确定约束条件后,借助MATLAB的优化工具箱求得摩擦片的最优结构参数。该优化能显著的简化摩擦片设计过程,并获得良好的优化效果,为离合器摩擦片的设计及改进提供参考。

The influence that parameters of a clutch friction disk worked on the wear were analyzed in this paper, then the comprehensive parameter PV was defined, which was search for minimum value as the optimal goal.After confirming the con-straint conditions, the optimal structure parameters were gained by dint of the MATLAB optimization toolbox.This optimization could distinctly simplify the design process of friction disk, and obtain the well optimization result, thus it could provide some reference to clutch friction disk design and amelioration.
