采用聚四氢呋喃醚二醇( PTMG)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯( MDI)和二胺固化剂C3制备了常规聚氨酯弹性体( PUE);用低游离MDI预聚体E950与C3反应制备了低游离PUE,并对二者的力学性能和动态力学性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,低游离P UE的硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨性能较常规P UE好。温度低于-40℃时,低游离P UE的储能模量比常规P UE低,-65~-30℃时,低游离P UE的损耗模量、损耗因子比常规P UE的低,温度低于-75℃后情况相反,但在30℃以上时,二者的动态力学性能相近。

Conventional polyurethane elastomer (PUE) was prepared by polytetramethyleneglycol (PTMG), diphenylmethane diisocyanate ( MDI) and diamine curing agent C3. The low free MDI PUE was synthesized by pre?polymer E950 and C3. Their mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties were comparative analysed. The results showed that the hardness, tensile strength, tear strength and wear resistance of low free MDI PUE were better than conventional MDI PUE. Low free PUE showed lower storage modulus below -40℃, lower loss modulus and loss factor between -65 ℃ and -30℃, but loss modulus and loss factor exhibited opposite results below -75℃, while both of the dynamic performance were similar above 30 ℃.
