航空发动机主轴轴承内圈一般采用过盈配合的安装形式,通过一定的过盈量防止轴承内圈与轴发生相对转动,并对轴承内圈定位。建立了基于ABAQUS软件的轴承内圈过盈接触问题的仿真分析方法,使用该方法分析了某型航空发动机低压转子推力球轴承的内圈过盈配合接触应力,分析了该轴承内圈在装配压紧时发生转动的根本原因。建立的过盈配合接触应力分析方法可为航空发动机主轴轴承过盈配合的设计和校核计算提供理论依据。
航空髮動機主軸軸承內圈一般採用過盈配閤的安裝形式,通過一定的過盈量防止軸承內圈與軸髮生相對轉動,併對軸承內圈定位。建立瞭基于ABAQUS軟件的軸承內圈過盈接觸問題的倣真分析方法,使用該方法分析瞭某型航空髮動機低壓轉子推力毬軸承的內圈過盈配閤接觸應力,分析瞭該軸承內圈在裝配壓緊時髮生轉動的根本原因。建立的過盈配閤接觸應力分析方法可為航空髮動機主軸軸承過盈配閤的設計和校覈計算提供理論依據。

The main shaft bearing inner race of aircraft engine is usually using interference fit as the installing form, so as to prevent the relative rotation between bearing inner race and shaft through a certain amount of interference, and realize the bearing positioning.In this paper, the simulation analysis method for the problem of bearing inner race interference contact is established based on the ABAQUS software, and the inner race interference fit contact stress of low-pressure rotor thrust ball bearing in an aircraft engine is analyzed by using this method, then the causes of rotation when assembling the bearing inner race are analyzed.The analysis method of interference contact stress in this paper could provide theory basis for design and checking calculation of the aircraft engine shaft bearing inner race interference.
